Shipping: All orders are immediately processed and usually shipped the next business day; however, all orders are to be shipped within 15 business days. Orders shipping in United States averages 3-5 days delivery time.
International Shipping: We ship almost anywhere outside of the US for one flat rate. All orders are shipped first class and registered. At this time we DO NOT ship to Spain, Malaysia, Africa or Venezuela.
LOST PACKAGES: We cannot guarantee delivery of international orders. If for some reason your international order does not reach its destination within 35 business days, we will file a lost package claim through the USPS; however, it can take up to 3 months for the investigation to be complete. We will also send you a confirmation receipt from the post office proving that your order was indeed shipped. Re-shipment of international lost packages are at the buyers own risk.

- Back Orders: No back orders. You will be refunded for any items that may be out of stock; however, we can contact you when the item is available
- Insurance: We do not offer shipping insurance; we guarantee that your item will arrive safely. If for some reason the order is damaged we will gladly replace it. Damaged merchandise must be returned to us within 14 business days. If an order is lost (United States Packages Only), we will gladly replace it.

- Return Policy: We will replace the product(s) or issue refunds (shipping amount may not be included) if the product is delivered to you under one of these conditions.
- Wrong Policy: If you get the wrong product due to our shipping mistake, please notify us immediately. Upon return, it will be replaced or refunded
- Defective Item: If you received a defective product, please notify us immediately. Upon return, we'll ship put the replacement right away if defective item is confirmed.
